When I started training at an early age, I made some mistakes that left me with injuries and some physical problems. I needed to drastically change my training and lifestyle if I wanted to maintain this for a longer period. Once I did that, I felt a lot better, I started to feel the positive impact that the fitness lifestyle had on the rest of my life. I can´t think of anything that gives me more joy than hearing my clients tell me how their life has changed for the better..
